Testimonial
“This program has helped me by letting me come out of my shell. I don’t feel so alone anymore. I look forward to coming every week. I feel welcomed and that I belong. All the information has been very helpful and I’ve put it to good use. I relax more at home and I approach situations in a different manner thanks to the sessions. I feel like a different person. My days feel brighter and I can handle my problems better. The instructors at Parent Café have been here for me in my time of need. It is more than just a parenting class, it is a life class and I am grateful for it. Thank you Parent Café.”
